This is Power Rowing’s fifth consecutive year offering personalized CRASH-B training.  Power Rowing offers the largest comprehensive training program for the CRASH-B’s: last year we had over 80 people participate from a half dozen countries.  This year, our training program will be fully integrated with ErgZone, allowing you to keep track of each workout through an app without spending all your break time programming your erg.

Training will be broken down into longer intervals, medium sprints, short intensity sprints, longer rows, and weight/mat training.  Participants can expect to increase their 2K times from 10 to 30 seconds (depending on engagement, commitment, and prior training).


Training begins on November 27th with a 2K test to establish your baseline.

Training consists of:

  • 3 practice 2Ks

  • Live Classes/Virtual Classes (first 5 free with this training plan!)

  • Free ErgZone training schedule

  • Weekly check ins

  • Free 20 minutes of form evaluation via Zoom

  • Daily workouts geared towards improving your 2K

  • Online support group

  • Award for completion of the training

  • Coaching and Strategy for maximizing your 2K time.
