Building Blocks of Rowing

Description: This moderate intensity class is designed to focus on improving in 3 areas of rowing, Strength through off Erg movements, Endurance with longer sets of rowing, and power through quicker bursts. The class will begin a light stretch and warmup, followed by core work, an endurance set at 75% intensity with some power 5s to keep you on your toes, a few more strength movements off erg, and a final power set at maximum intensity for an aggregate 1500 meters. This is a full body workout suitable for all levels.
