Service Description

Caroline’s Circuit is a 45 minute class of rowing sprints and deep core exercises. We will begin class with a focus on form and an easy warmup before performing a fast and effective ab workout. The second half of class will include a series of rowing sprints that will increase your heart rate and skill. We will finish class with a deep stretch to wind down. This class is suitable for all fitness levels.
