Parking Lot Power

An interval training class that mixes body weight exercises with cardio and functional strength training. With a new workout every week, these community classes are designed to strengthen full body, function, and keep your body guessing. They will also be fun! See friends from a safe distance, rekindle community! All-levels and no-impact options always presented. BYOS--Bring your own stuff (mat, weights, med balls, water, whatnot).
**We ask that masks be worn while social distantly meeting in the parking lot to check in, while walking to & getting set up in your designated workout space, and when outside of your individual "mat" space.**
