PHA Crosstrain Circuit

This heart-pumping strength and conditioning class is based on Peripheral Heart Action Training, which focuses on alternating upper body, lower body, and core exercises in quick succession, allowing participants to challenge local muscular endurance while simultaneously enhancing cardiac output. We begin with a series of dynamic stretches and a light warmup before launching into 3 fast-paced rounds of exercises that build total-body strength, power, and stamina. Be ready to use weights, medicine balls, and resistance bands to get the most out of your Saturday morning burn. We end the class with a series of relaxing static stretches as we allow the body to cool down and recover. This class is appropriate for participants of all abilities and modifications will be provided to ensure that everyone enjoys an exciting, safe, and effective workout.
