Service Description

This 45 min class is for anyone and everyone looking to improve their strength and feel the burn using resistance bands. We will begin with a short dynamic stretch and then launch into four sets of 8 exercises primarily using resistance bands. Class will finish off the workout with a four-minute HIIT! No bands? No problem! = Modification exercises will be available for those who do not have resistance bands.
