Service Description

This workout is designed to tone and sculpt your muscles while improving rowing technique and anaerobic threshold capacity. Starting with a dynamic warm up incorporating core, body weight, and weighted exercises along with pieces that include stroke rating variations on the erg. The class finishes with a series of longer, higher intensity intervals rowed at a “comfortably hard” pace with minimal rest. Drawing inspiration from “tempo training” in running, which activates both slow and fast twitch muscles, this class will help develop endurance, speed, and mental toughness. This is a full body workout, suitable for all levels.
