Every so often Power Rowing opens its doors to invite a new member to the team. This class offers our REGULARS and STAFF and opportunity to evaluate a potential new group fitness instructor. This class is not for new rowers or those seeking a regular Power Rowing workout, but instead is for those that want to help mold the next great indoor rowing leader. The class is free, but Power Rowing will be asking for your feedback.
