Service Description

This class combines longer intervals of rowing at a "steady" state of 3/4 power (lower intensity) with sprint work (high intensity) mixed on the rowing machine. Workout pieces are mixed up with strength and HIIT exercises to diversify the workout routine. This is accessible for all fitness levels.
