Service Description

This strength-based conditioning class program is designed to tax the functional patterns you use for rowing, to build more strength and endurance. This is accomplished through a HIIT style workout which targets the muscles you use to row, proceeded with an aerobic capacity row session while targets muscles that are fatigued.
