This beginner/intermediate workout is a one stop shop-you'll get your HIIT cardio and total body strength workout all in one. After a brief warm-up, we will alternate between short, high-intensity rowing pieces and total body exercises, using suspension straps and functional strength movements. The workout will conclude with a refreshing light stretch. Your heart and muscles will be challenged, and you will see improvements in overall strength, cardiac health, and core stability. Full body workout, suitable for all levels. (45 min).
