Service Description

This class provides a full body workout that alternates focus on targeted muscle groups with longer rowing pieces to build muscle tone and endurance. During the rowing pieces, we’ll emphasize maintaining the form and rhythm of the stroke at medium and high intensities. Suitable for all rowing levels
