What to Expect in Your First Class

  • Arrive 10 minutes early for orientation. Your coach will walk you through proper rowing form. No prior experience needed; coaches provide demos and hands-on cues.

    • Warmup and mobility

    • Erg set up: damper, foot straps, monitor

    • Technique primer: legs-drive-arm-release sequence

    • Short intervals and coached feedback

    • Cool down & stretching
