Core Power In-Studio

This mat based body weight workout will begin with a brief set of dynamic stretches followed by four intense segments mat exercise. These exercises are strength based focusing on the upper body or the abs. There are short breaks between sets. This high cardio threshold will minimize impact, but test muscular and cardio endurance levels as the trainer transitions from arm exercises to core exercises to leg exercises. There will be a brief rest between rest between sets. The workout will conclude with a brief set of static stretches.
