Full-Body Fitness - Erg Virtual

A weekly virtual class on Mondays at 6 with Naomi!

Service Description

Informed by almost a decade of rowing experience, this class will be modeled after rowing conditioning training plans to result in a full body workout. Starting with a dynamic warm up, we will go through a combination of erg workouts and circuits on the mat. The erg workouts will get the heart-rate up and increase cardiovascular capacity while the circuits will focus on strengthening and toning the upper body, abs, and legs. The class will conclude with sprint pieces to push everyone and have some fun competition! Then a static full body stretch will follow to focus on muscle recovery and flexibility. This class is appropriate for any skill level and ability!
