Service Description

ABS with Christine is a 45-minute circuit of rowing and core exercises for people of all fitness levels. The first part of the class will include a warm-up consisting of dynamic movements, core activation, and rowing form breakdown. The second part of the class will consist of rowing intervals followed by 5 minutes of killer abs and finishing off with rowing sprints. This class is meant to get your energy up and ABS on fire with upbeat music to add to the fun!
