Service Description

This high intensity workout will emphasize interval rowing training, weights, and a full body workout. After a dynamic stretch, participants will warm up on the erg before embarking on the main set, which can be anything from sprints to endurance. Weights off of the erg will also be incorporated, and will focus on arms, abs, and legs. The class will end with a “kicker” set to push rowers to their potential and a static stretch afterwards. Come ready to work hard and get stronger! All skill levels are welcome; modifications to progress or regress intensity will be provided.
