Service Description

Want to start your week off strong? In this 45 minute workout, we'll use weights, med balls, and resistance bands to build strength and improve endurance*. Challenge yourself in three work sets, each focused on upper body, lower body, or core. Modifications available - all levels welcome! *Weights or weighted household objects can be used for this class.
