Service Description

Maximize your rowing time & meters in this class between powerful pushes & sprints and active recovery on the rowing machine. We'll spend most of our time on the erg, challenging both our best split time (pace) and muscular & cardiovascular endurance, with two quick mobility blocks off the rower. To finish strong, we'll flush it out with all-out sprints. Suitable for all levels.
