A HIIT Style rowing class with an emphasis on bi's & tri's. After a brief warm up and easy sprints, attendees will do a series of lightweight dumbbell exercises that focus on the arms, shoulders, and back. The class will wind down with ten minutes of sprints that are broken into small sets. This class is suitable for all levels.
