Power Pyramid - Virtual Live Stream Erg

Service Description

Push your limits with this pyramid-based total body workout. After a series of dynamic stretches and warm-up on the erg, we will dive right into a series of high-intensity rowing and circuit intervals. Each of the three 10-minute rowing pieces will be followed by a 5-minute strength circuit to give you a challenging, but exciting cardiorespiratory workout. Be prepared for squats, sprints, and plenty of sweat as we build our anaerobic threshold and muscular endurance. This class is open to participants of all abilities and modifications will be provided for strength exercises.
