This moderate intensity class will emphasize form and endurance. After a light stretching, participants will be expected to row at a moderate to heavy pace for 45+ minutes with periodic spikes in intensity. Power and speed will increase towards the middle of the workouts with slow downs near the beginning and end. Participants will likely will remain in the 120 -140 heart beats per minute zone. This is an ideal workout for runners looking to cross train in a low impact high cardio method. It is a full body workout that is suitable for all levels.
