Service Description

This strength-based conditioning class program is designed to tax the functional patterns you use for rowing, to build more strength and endurance. This is accomplished through a HIIT style workout which targets the muscles you use to row, proceeded with an aerobic capacity row session while targets muscles that are fatigued. An indoor rower or similar device is needed for the class.
