Workout of the Day

Service Description

This ongoing series of workouts is designed to help train rowers for various distance intervals. Typical training is sprint training in August and September, intermediate training in October and November, 2K training from December through February and half marathon training in March and April. Each training day will be unique and open for all attendees.
