Service Description

In this full body class, we'll start with a dynamic aerobic warm-up including time on the rower. Then we'll push our anaerobic threshold between intervals on the rower and full-body resistance training on the floor. Get ready to work hard & this class will fly by! No rowing experience necessary (we'll show you how to row!), and suitable for all fitness levels with modifications & amplifications provided.
