Service Description

All live classes are available for virtual attendance. Upon signing up, you will be provided a zoom link. Check in with the instructor to see what additional items are recommended (mat, weighted ball, dumbbells, etc). Follow along with your own rowing machine (or fitness device: spin bike, elliptical, etc).
